How do I connect with my partner?
During onboarding or in Settings, tap "Connect with Partner". You can either create a couple code to share with your partner, or enter a code your partner has shared with you.
How does the free trial work?
New users get a 7-day free trial of Premium features. You won't be charged during the trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Lovendar, and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your Premium access will continue until the end of your billing period.
How do I add widgets to my home screen?
Long press on your home screen, tap the "+" button in the top corner, search for "Lovendar", and choose your preferred widget size. We offer Love Note, Days Together, and Upcoming Event widgets.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your data is stored securely on your device and synced via iCloud. We don't have access to your personal memories, notes, or relationship data.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
